Danny Brinkley graduated with a Master’s Degree in Material Science and Engineering with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1986. He is a member and local chapter officer of ASM International (formerly the American Society for Metals), a member of the Minerals, Metals, & Materials Society (TMS) of AIME, a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE/PENC), and a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
Mr. Brinkley holds a professional engineering license in North Carolina and has over 20 years of experience in engineering investigations related to material and mechanical failures/problems and electrical device failures. He has extensive materials characterization experience involving SEM/EDS, XRD, XRF, FTIR, and other analytical techniques.
